HOW TO STORE

Our botanical body butter does not contain emulsifiers and stabilizers. It is sensitive to heat. Please store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Should your butter melt, please place it in a refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to solidify. Although the texture of the product may change, its quality remains the same.

WHAT TO NOTE

It may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm courier trucks or mail boxes during shipping. Since melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery, please understand that we cannot be responsible for melted products. Body butter that melts upon arrival cannot be replaced or exchanged.
