Directions: Apply generously in circular motions all over your body, especially dryness prone areas like elbows and knees. For hair, place a small amount between hands, then run your fingers through lightly, concentrating on the ends.  Inhale and exhale slowly.  Leave oil to soak in all day or wash off with warm water and gentle soap after 25 mins.
