Directions: Shake well. Mist anywhere you desire. Inhale and exhale slowly. Your pillow, bathroom, office, car, and body are all great places. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Directions: Spray enough product on hands to coat them thoroughly. Rub together briskly until dry. Use only when soap and water are not directly available.
