Heinrich the German Shepherd's Story
Heinrich first started his food truck business with the aim of focusing on his proud German heritage. He soon discovered however when you run out to a truck playing music driving down the street ice cream is expected, not bratwurst and sauerkraut. A capable entrepreneur, Heinrich quickly switched to desserts. He now drives a successful ice cream truck in which he also offers a selection of German desserts.
